Anthony (“Tony”) Bond is a Senior Structural Engineer with over five decades of experience spanning petrochemical plants, commercial and industrial facilities, residential housing, and civil infrastructure projects in the U.S., U.K., and abroad. Prior to joining Gelinas Structural in 2021, Tony served more than 30 years with TechnipFMC, leading civil and structural engineering design for major petrochemical facilities and oil refineries worldwide. His earlier career in the United Kingdom included extensive work on petrochemical plants, commercial buildings, and housing developments with various consulting firms. Tony holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Salford University, Manchester, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Massachusetts. He is also a Chartered Engineer and member of ASCE, the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK), and the Institution of Structural Engineers (UK).
Jim holds a BA degree from the University of Lowell. He has over 30 years experience in Land Surveying/ Civil Engineering / Construction and has worked as a structural designer with Gelinas Structural for the past 5 years. His project management experience and design includes municipal, residential, commercial and industrial projects. Jim is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Massachusetts.
Joe holds a BA from Merrimack College, a JD from Suffolk Law School and an LLM from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is a manager with over 40 years of experience in operations, business planning, business development, vendor management and project management in the financial services and cosmetics industry. His experience includes building and growing operations from inception as well as managing operations of 600+ people. Joe has been an early adopter and innovator in the use of technology to improve efficiency, accuracy and customer service. His management experience covers daily operations, conversions, specialized processing, compliance and project management.
